Overview
Cancel from the subscription controls in your account. Review the date and access information shown during cancellation before confirming.
Before you start
- Sign in to the subscribed account.
- Download any finished assets you still need.
- Review the cancellation terms shown in the product.
Step 1: Open billing settings
Navigate to the subscription section for the active account.
Step 2: Choose cancel subscription
Follow the cancellation flow and read the effect on access and renewal.
Step 3: Confirm the status
Return to billing settings and verify that the subscription status reflects the requested cancellation.
