1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MOCKUPLABS AI PTE. LTD. (“Mockuplabs,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information when you use our website and browser-based product. It applies to individual and business users.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: information used to register and sign in by email or Google, including your email address and profile information provided through sign-in.
  • Creative content: uploaded images, prompts, generated Outputs, and related project information.
  • Payment information: subscription and transaction information associated with payments processed through Stripe.
  • Support communications: information you provide when contacting us by email or requesting assistance.
  • Technical and usage information: device and browser information, IP address, usage events, and interactions with our website and product, including analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate the services, authenticate users, process subscriptions and refunds, generate and edit content, respond to support requests, diagnose problems, moderate content, protect accounts, and meet legal obligations. We also use usage information to understand and improve the website and product.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the purpose: providing the services under our contract with you, meeting legal obligations, pursuing legitimate interests such as security and service improvement where permitted, or obtaining consent where required. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

4. AI processing and your training choice

We use WaveSpeedAI, fal.ai, and OpenRouter to support AI features. Information needed to process your request, such as prompts, reference images, and related content, may be sent through these suppliers to the models supporting the requested feature.

Mockuplabs uses your uploaded images, prompts, and Outputs for its own model training, fine-tuning, and training datasets. This use is enabled by default. You can opt out using the product’s training controls, or contact [email protected] for help. We obtain consent before such use where required by applicable law.

Third-party AI suppliers are not permitted to use your Input or Output for their own model training. Training preferences are separate from sharing preferences: a private work is not publicly visible merely because training is enabled.

5. Who can access information

Your works are private by default. You can choose to share them. Authorized employees may access content for customer support, troubleshooting, or content moderation. We obtain separate authorization before using your works or Logo in our promotional materials.

We use the following service providers for the purposes described below:

  • WaveSpeedAI, fal.ai, and OpenRouter: AI processing.
  • Alibaba Cloud: hosting and storage in the US West (Silicon Valley) region.
  • Google: Google sign-in, Google Analytics 4 for usage analytics, and Google Search Console for search performance information.
  • Sentry: error and performance monitoring, with account and subscription context to help diagnose issues.
  • Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps and session recordings, with account and subscription context to understand website and product usage.
  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Hotjar: heatmaps and session recordings on both the website and product.
  • Zoho: email services.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to address fraud or security incidents, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable data protection requirements.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for website preferences and analytics. When you manually choose a language, the website saves a MOCKUPLABS_LOCALE cookie for up to one year. Automatic language detection does not save this cookie. The MOCKUPLABS_THEME cookie remembers your theme preference for up to one year. These preference cookies are shared with the App on the same domain.

Google Analytics 4 helps us understand usage. Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar heatmaps and session recordings help us understand how people interact with the website and product. Sentry helps us diagnose errors and performance issues. Google Search Console provides information about our visibility and performance in Google Search.

You can manage cookies through your browser and exercise applicable privacy choices by contacting us. Where consent is required for non-essential tracking, it must be obtained before that tracking occurs. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and Hotjar’s Privacy Policy.

7. International processing and security

Mockuplabs is registered in Singapore. Our hosting and storage are in Alibaba Cloud’s US West (Silicon Valley) region. Our service providers may process information in other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. International processing remains subject to applicable data protection and transfer requirements.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information and restrict access to authorized purposes. No online service or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Deletion and your privacy rights

You can delete your works and close your account through the product. When you delete a work, we immediately delete the work and its associated personal information. When you close your account, we immediately delete the personal information associated with your account, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request or contact our data protection officer, email [email protected]. We may verify your identity before responding.

9. Children and policy updates

The services are not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction. If you believe a child below that age has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
