What happened?
The completed batch contains fewer results than expected, or one product, design, or color combination is not present.
Why this happens
- An input failed before generation.
- A product, design, or color was not selected for the final run.
- One or more outputs are still processing or failed.
Solution 1: Compare inputs with the run summary
Confirm that every intended product, design, and color was included when the run started.
Solution 2: Check output status
Look for failed or still-processing items before downloading the complete set.
Solution 3: Retry only the missing combinations
Create a smaller follow-up run instead of repeating outputs that already succeeded.
When to contact support
Contact support if the issue continues after a new attempt. Include the workflow name, source file details, and a screenshot of the result or error.
