Overview
Use placement controls in a deliberate order: position first, scale second, and perspective last. This prevents repeated adjustments.
Before you start
- Complete the product surface setup first.
- Use artwork with clear visible bounds.
- Know which product edges should guide alignment.
Step 1: Set the position
Align the design to stable product landmarks such as the center line, panel edges, or seams.
Step 2: Set the scale
Resize the artwork while preserving its proportions and keeping it inside the intended region.
Step 3: Match the perspective
Adjust the artwork so its angle follows the visible product plane rather than the image frame.
Step 4: Review at two sizes
Check the complete product view and a close view before generating.
