What happened?
The workflow accepted the inputs but the generation ended with an error or did not complete as expected.
Why this happens
- A source input is incomplete or unsuitable for the workflow.
- The requested output is too complex for the current setup.
- A temporary processing or connection issue interrupted the run.
Solution 1: Review all inputs
Confirm that every required image, design, color, or prompt is present and valid.
Solution 2: Simplify the request
Retry with one clear product, one design, or a shorter motion and scene instruction.
Solution 3: Retry after checking status
Make sure the first attempt has ended before starting another generation.

Contact support if the issue continues after a new attempt. Include the workflow name, source file details, and a screenshot of the result or error.
